1. Our service

JengaSites designs and builds websites for businesses, NGOs, schools, churches, and other organisations, primarily across Kenya. The package you select at the time of your project brief (Starter, Business, or Premium) defines the page limit, features, and price for your project.

2. Project process

Projects begin once we receive your project brief and your deposit. We aim to deliver your website within 2 days of receiving both your deposit and the content needed to build your site (text, images, and branding details). Delays in providing content may extend this timeline.

3. Payment

A 50% deposit is required upfront via M-Pesa to begin work. The remaining 50% balance is due once your website is ready for review, before it is published live. Card payments are not currently available.

If you select payment integration (M-Pesa, PesaPal, Paystack, or similar) as a feature for your own website, this is charged as an additional KES 10,000 on top of your package price.

4. Revisions

Every package includes two rounds of revisions after the first draft is delivered. Additional revision rounds beyond those included are charged at KES 5,000 per round.

5. Scope changes

Your project is scoped based on the information provided in your project brief. If submitted details are materially incomplete or change significantly after work has begun, JengaSites reserves the right to adjust the scope, timeline, or price accordingly, and will inform you before proceeding.

6. Content and ownership

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or branding materials you provide do not infringe on the rights of others. Once your final balance payment is received, ownership of the completed website transfers to you, including the domain registered on your behalf.

7. Communication

Given our pricing, we do not offer in-person meetings or calls as a default part of the process. Our team is available by phone and email throughout your project for any questions.

8. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun on your project. If you cancel before any work has started, please contact us to discuss your options.
